STRING THEORY

Roberta Friedman & Grahame Weinbren
two evenings of works at Millennium

Inspired by the theory that the fundamental materials of the universe are like tiny vibrating strings, this two evening program includes films from the 1970's and early 1980's, and the premieres of recent digital works . . . as well as performance, interactivity, music, and narrative. Performers and collaborators include philosopher Manuel de Landa, Big Cats from Hollywood Animals, actress Nicole Farmer, performance artists nicoykatiushka, music by Dean Drummond, Beethoven, Schumann, and Cas Weinbren, art by Vasily Kandinsky, and much more.
